You must bring your 5th Saturday Shopper bag when you come to shop (no substitute bags), and it can only be used on the following dates:

These items will be marked on 5th Saturdays, so there won’t be any surprises for you at checkout. Also, Stash Cash cannot be applied to 5th Saturday Shopper purchases - but you will earn Stash Cash for any purchases made.
