Shipping & Returns
When you purchase goods from our site, the items in your order will ship via one of the following methods:
In-store pickup
Delivery via USPS Priority Mail
We charge a flat rate of $11 for orders totaling less than $159. Orders that total more than $159 will ship for free.
There is no charge for orders picked up in our store.
Please note: Gift Card purchases will not count towards a cart total, qualifying your order for free shipping.
Currently, we are only accepting orders that ship to a United States-based postal address.
Order Processing
Your order will generally be processed within three business days of being placed, often sooner. You should receive your shipment within 3-5 days after leaving the Studio.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control and the volume of shipments within the US Postal system. Delivery times do not include holidays or weekends.
Please note that Stitch Yarn Studio cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive; however, we will provide tracking information for your order so that you may monitor its progress and confirm delivery. Additionally, we may choose to replace the items lost in a misdirected or lost shipment at our discretion.
If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns & Refunds
All orders placed on our site are non-refundable. However, we will issue you a refund if you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped. We will also refund your order if we cannot fulfill it correctly due to an error on our part.
We are happy to accept returns on unused yarn for store credit within 90 days of purchase if unused, in original condition (including labels and Stitch Yarn Studio inventory stickers), and with the original receipt. Notions, needles, books, patterns, and any items other than yarn are non-returnable and non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges for sale items.
Exceptions to these conditions may be made at the sole discretion of the owners of Stitch Yarn Studio and do not indicate a change in our policies.

Store credit will be issued when your return is received and after we confirm that all items are in salable condition and meet the abovementioned conditions. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are only refundable if we filled your order incorrectly. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.
